We are a Los Angeles CPA firm — boutique by design, at 256 South Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills, serving LA and California clients since 2008. Named partners on every engagement. MBA-holding CPAs doing the work. Zero offshoring. You're never left in the dark.
We are organized around five practices, all coordinated through one CPA firm:
1. Business management — fully-managed bill pay, cash flow, CFO oversight, and tax coordination for talent, athletes, executives, and families. 2. Taxation — federal, state, and multi-state tax preparation and year-round planning for individuals, entities, and trusts. 300+ returns annually. 3. Outsourced accounting — monthly bookkeeping, close, payroll coordination, and management reporting for small and mid-sized businesses. 4. Court & trust accounting — court-ready trust, probate, conservatorship, and guardianship accountings prepared to California Probate Code. 5. Strategy — coordination across the client's full advisor bench: attorney, banker, wealth advisor, insurance advisor.
We do not sell securities, do not manage investments, and do not accept referral commissions. Our advice runs one direction — from us to the client, without conflicts.

Frequently asked
Q: What kind of clients does your Los Angeles CPA firm work with?
A: HNW individuals, entertainment industry principals (actors, musicians, showrunners, producers), professional athletes, real estate investors, founders and executives, and small to mid-sized privately-held businesses. The common thread is complexity — clients whose financial pictures need more than a solo CPA and less than a big-four branch.
Q: Are you a full-service CPA firm?
A: Yes. Tax, accounting, business management, court and trust accounting, and strategic coordination — all in-house, all coordinated through named partners. We do not use offshore staff. We do not outsource any part of the client engagement to firms outside the U.S.
Q: What are your credentials?
A: California-licensed CPAs. Named partners hold MBAs in addition to the CPA license (that's the "MBA-holding CPAs" phrasing — a credentials signal that runs across the firm). Founded 2008. Beverly Hills-based. Professional liability coverage current and reviewable on request.
Q: How is the firm structured on fees?
A: For business management engagements: one monthly price covering all recurring work. For tax-only engagements: quoted per return with year-round planning included on retainer if desired. For court accounting: fixed-fee per engagement. We do not run an hourly meter on recurring work.
Q: Do you serve clients outside Los Angeles?
A: Yes. We are LA-anchored and Beverly Hills-based, but California is our primary state and we serve clients in every county. Federal tax work extends nationwide. Multi-state and international work is a normal part of the practice.
Q: How does the engagement start?
A: A 30-minute consultation with a named partner. We review your situation, discuss what services fit, and provide a written engagement letter with fixed-fee scope before any work begins.
